Agreeing to these terms
These terms apply when you use this website or ask Select Bonita Springs Masonry & Concrete to quote or do work at your property. When we say "we," "us" or "our," we mean Select Bonita Springs Masonry & Concrete. When we say "you," we mean the person using the site or hiring us.
By browsing the site, sending us a request or booking work, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. If a signed estimate or contract for your job says something different from this page, the signed document controls for that job.
What we do
We're a masonry contractor in Bonita Springs, FL, and we also do concrete work for homeowners in Bonita Springs and the cities around it. Our services include brick, block and stone work, repairs and restoration, pavers, walkways, retaining walls, fireplaces and outdoor kitchens. You can see the full list on our home page and learn more about us on our About page.
The descriptions on this site are general. The exact work, materials and scope for your house are set out in the written estimate or contract we give you, and we only do work that both of us have agreed to.
Estimates and pricing
Our on-site estimates are free and carry no obligation, so you can ask for one without committing to hire us. An estimate is based on what we can see and measure during the visit, and it lists the work and the price we're offering for it.
Masonry and concrete jobs sometimes turn up things nobody could see beforehand, such as hidden damage, soft soil or old repairs behind a wall. If that happens, we stop and tell you what we found, and we don't do extra work or charge for it until you approve the change in writing.
Any price shown or mentioned on this website is general information, not a quote. Only a written estimate for your job tells you what that job will cost.
Scheduling, delays and cancellation
Once you accept an estimate, we agree on a start date with you. That date is our best plan, not a guarantee, because rain, heat, material deliveries, inspections and conditions found on site can all push work back. If something moves the schedule, we'll let you know as soon as we can.
If you need to reschedule or cancel, call us at (239) 256-7568 as early as possible. Any cancellation terms, and any charges for materials already ordered or work already done, will be stated in your written estimate or contract.
Payment
Your written estimate or contract states how much you'll pay, when payments are due and how you can pay. Some jobs call for a deposit before work starts or payments as work is finished, and if yours does, the contract will say so.
Payment is due on the terms in your contract. If a payment is late, we may pause work until it's settled, and we may use the remedies Florida law allows to collect what's owed.
Warranties and website disclaimers
Any warranty on the work we do for you is the one written in your contract. We don't give any other warranty, spoken or implied, beyond what that document says and what Florida law requires.
The information on this website is here to help you understand masonry and concrete work in general. It isn't advice about your particular house, and we provide it as is, without any promise that it's complete, current or right for your situation. Before you rely on it for a decision, ask us to look at your property.
Links to other websites are offered for convenience. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for what they say.
Limits on our liability
To the extent Florida law allows, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses that come from using this website or relying on its content. That includes lost time, lost income or other costs that don't come directly from our work.
For work we perform, our responsibility is limited to what your contract and Florida law provide. Nothing on this page takes away rights you have under Florida law that can't be waived.
Resolving disagreements
If you're unhappy with anything we've done, call us at (239) 256-7568 or reach us through our contact page first, because most problems get sorted out fastest with a conversation and a visit to the job. We'll look at the concern and tell you what we can do about it.
If we can't settle it that way, either side may take the matter to a court with jurisdiction in Florida, unless your contract sets out a different process.
Florida law applies
These terms, and any dispute about this website or our work, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to rules that would apply another state's law.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page is the one in effect, and if you keep using the site after a change, you accept the updated terms. Changes don't alter a contract you've already signed with us unless both of us agree in writing.
Questions about these terms
If anything here isn't clear, call us at (239) 256-7568 or send a message through our contact page, and we'll explain how it applies to your job. We respond within 1 business day.
